I was living in Florida when I decided to move to Reno for family. Linsey, along with my sister, who is local, spent many months looking at homes for sale. Finally Linsey took my sister to see NV Flats, a new subdivision in Lemmon Valley; one of their homes was going on the market that very afternoon. Linsey and my sister called me in Florida and we were able to secure the home that very moment. If Linsey had not done her research and discovered NV Flats I would probably still be living in Florida.

While I purchased a fairly inexpensive parcel of raw land during a very busy time I was treated as if I was purchasing an expensive property. Linsey went the extra mile on every issue that presented itself. As with any transaction there were hurdles and challenges; Linsey navigated these issues quickly and with an excellent positive attitude. I would and have strongly recommend Linsey to other buyers. She is smart, quick, experienced and competent.

When we first asked Linsey to show us some houses, we were not 100% sure we wanted to move. We were pretty picky on what we wanted, and for us to go ahead and make the commitment, it had to have everything! We wanted at least 3,100 square feet, on a cul de sac, next to open land, master on ground level, fully landscaped with mature trees, and for a decent price. Not only did Linsey find us everything we asked for, but she also got our offer approved with a competing offer that was more. She was dedicated through the entire process… keeping us informed, finding trustworthy companies to do inspections, and ensuring we had the perfect team to close our sale. She was always pleasant and nice to be around. But most of all, she was honest, trustworthy. It was obvious she loves her job and her number one priority is making her clients happy. We were so happy with our choice to hire Linsey, and are forever thankful she helped us find our dream home.

Linsey, I wouldn’t have stability for my children and I if it wasn’t for you. After my husband passed away in October 2018 not only was she my mom friend, she was also my strength and guidance in my darkest hours. She had a dream of becoming a realtor and on top of being Wonder Woman to her children and the community she’s also a beautiful supportive wife and friend. I told her when you get your license I will buy my fist home through you because I had faith in her no matter how new she was. Successful in spite of a difficult transaction

My husband James and I had the very best experience with Lindsey! We had so much fun looking at different houses together, I would always try to wait to ask about houses until normal work hours, she would just text me out of the blue on other houses etc. she knew if we loved a home and felt all the emotions with us! We have grown into friends as Lindsey is such an amazing person and friend!

Linsey was available when we were and was able to get us showings in a very challenging sellers market. She was knowledgeable of the Northern Nevada real estate culture, having good relationships with other realtors that I believe ultimately helped us to buy our home at the asking price! As an example, she recommended we increase our earnest deposit in order to make us stand out which convinced the sellers to accept our offer! Even though we waived contingencies, Linsey is very tenacious and was even able to convince the sellers to make repairs of ALL items our home inspector found which was several thousand dollars. I admit I am a very demanding client but she always took my calls and was patient with my questions. Thank you Linsey, Mary and I count you as one of our new Nevada friends!
