Lindsey helped us in a true time of need. My Father had to go into a long term care facility and we needed to sell his home in Center Point. We had time requirements due to possibly using Medicaid. She had to list the home on an "as is" basis which limited the number of potential buyers. She obtained an offer for a cash transaction and followed up very well with the buyer to make sure all details were taken care of and to assure a successful closing.
