Later the same day, I asked if she could meet me back over at the house as I wanted to look at it again. She did this without hesitation. She facilitated negotiation of offers between me and the seller, and her input was accurate and helpful. There were a couple of issues with needed repairs prior to closing, and she handled the arrangements for those expertly. She was always able to help at a moment’s notice from the day I made an offer all the way to closing. I cannot recommend Lindsey highly enough to anyone needing the services of a top notch realtor.
