10/10 Every Time!

I've now used Linda as my realtor to buy, sell and buy again over the course of 7 or 8 years and I will recommend her to absolutely everyone forever. She really goes above and beyond for her clients and I really trust her knowledge and experience. We had an interesting situation with the seller asking us cover a big appraisal gap which was really not sitting well with Linda, so she slept on it and came to us first thing the next morning with a solution that was a win-win for all parties involved. We were able to get a house that checks all our boxes, and negotiated it down to very little over asking price, in a time when a lot of houses in this price range are going well over asking. I trust that I'm in excellent hands, and she truly makes all her clients feel like family! Hope I don't have to sell & buy again any time soon but if I do, I know who I'm calling :)
