Someone else may not consider Linda the best but I can promise there is none better. Linda is so resourceful and knowledgeable. My family and I thanks you for the compassion and humility shown towards us as we worked together to sell our rental. As much as I hated being a landlord, I’d do it again just so I could sell it and work with Linda again.
Spoke to numerous realtors before finding Linda; we found her to be the most .....genuine, however. Her explanations of the current market proved spot on. She did her homework regarding how she intended to support the asking price that we settled on and her numbers proved very close at the end. The value range she recommended was higher than the other realtors but she supported it well and in the end proved correct. She was able to drive traffic to the home very easily with her adroit use of many different Internet resources and she had a team ready to utilize for a full array of photos including overhead shots that put the home in the best light possible. Almost made me fall in live with it again and second guess myself for a moment or two. She was even able to bring in very reasonable yet professional help fixing up the small things that needed taken care of before listing. Linda was quick to respond to my many inquiries and she seemed to understand the importance of keeping us informed as we were moving forward. Linda is knowledgeable, personable, professional and she can get the job done all the time looking out for your best interests. When all is said and done, what more does one want from their realtor? In our case, nothing!
Linda was great. She helped us through the whole process. Even though we sprung the sale of our house on her pretty quickly, she was able to get a contract on our house in less than 2 weeks. My wife and I have known Linda for many years. Working with her is an absolute dream. Her professionalism, expert knowledge of the Jacksonville area, kindness, and sense of humor make what would usually be stressful very, very easy. Rather than list generalizations of how wonderful it is to work with her, I’d rather share a story. We had two offers on our house around the same time. One of them was slightly better than the other. I was of the opinion that we take the better offer and tell the lower offer to take a hike. We accepted the high offer and a few weeks later it fell through. We were very disappointed! Fortunately, Linda had been maintaining communication with the couple who made the lower offer and managed to get that accepted and we sold the house to them two weeks later. I know that sounds like a pretty typical day in the life of a real estate agent, but Linda’s ability to be gracious to both offers and actually keep us in a position where we could accept either was totally different to what I thought would happen (telling low offer to take a hike and never hear from them again), and because of her wisdom we sold the house in no time. Whenever you need to buy or sell in North East Florida, try to get Linda White – she’s by far the best option.
