Well, she certainly does. We had some issues with the electrical on the house we were selling and she went to the insurance agent, the electrician, ordered another inspection to find out exactly what was going on and found out the house was insurable with the wiring as is. Saved us a lot of money and hassle. And the story doesn't end there. I could go on and on. She and her team work tirelessly to get you to the closing table. We have used Linda in the past to purchase a home as well, and had the same experience. Our daughter uses her, and we recommend her to all our friends. We love her!!!!
