They helped us find our home and did a lot of work with the selling realtor to get things done. We closed on our house in less than 30 days and they were both fantastic! I recently closed on the second house I have bought with Brian and Linda Warner. As with the first, they were fantastic. For the first house, I had a realtor who I was just not clicking with. He kept showing me things I didn't like. Then I found the Warners and got the house I wanted almost immediately. I recently decided to buy an investment house, and of course I contacted the Warners. I told them what I wanted, and the first house they took me to was a match. My offer was accepted, and we closed soon after. The Warners are also the property managers for the 2nd house, and there have been a number of repairs and improvements they have been overseeing. They have done a lot of work getting me through a quick closing and preparing the house for rental, and I'm extremely grateful to them. With everything they do, they are on top of things, and easy to work with. I can't tell you how refreshing that is. Obviously I highly recommend them.
