Brian and Linda work well together, and their communication and research skills are the best. They were always on top of things an they kept the team of us, the seller, the closing company and our mortgage company and all the associated companies and individuals up to date within minutes and the result is that we closed on our home in 13 days. I mean wow, where to begin. We are so grateful we crossed paths with Linda. If you want a fantastic experience selling or buying a home in Florida then Linda is your person. We were unsure if we should sell so we called her up and she came over and took a look at our house and immediately starting working on getting us comps and finding out if we could put our house on the market and make a profit.
