My wife and I had an extremely good experience working with Linda during our house purchasing process. Having recently relocated to the Boise area we were unfamiliar with the market. Linda was very understanding of our concerns and helped educate us on various communities that matched our preferences. We found her to be very patient and flexible with her time and energy. Linda is a fantastic real estate agent. We were first-time home buyers at the time, and Linda effectively communicated all of the information needed to purchase a home. She was prepared when reaching out to other parties and advocated for our wants. Additionally, she was very timely when meeting up for looking at listings, etc. Overall, we highly recommend Linda, and we would easily choose her again as an agent in the future.

She was happy to answer any questions I had about the process and made sure to clarify parts that I didn't even realize I had questions about. Whenever I doubted a portion of the process, she didn't rush me or try to influence my decisions, but simply made sure I had all the knowledge I needed to make the best choices for myself and made sure to encourage me to make sure my decisions were my own. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful I think Linda is . She is top notch she went to the ends of the earth for me and my husband . We we out of state she was there for everything we had talked and been together enough that because she is very observant and intuitive she knew exactly what we were looking for ,and to start out she knew better than I did what I wanted LOL , my cousin and her both emailed the link to our house about as soon as it was listed . We bought it less than three days after the listing went live. She did the video walkthrough with me and was confident enough knowing what I wanted to put the offer in. She took care of inspections and repairs and every other thing that popped up . She was a godsend as during what should have been the most exciting time of my life I had a family estate war that I was trustee of the stress was immense, and so Linda played counselor more than once, even delt with estate attorney for me for the financial aspect. She gets five huge gold stars from me !
