It is difficult to fully document in a brief review the value of Linda Trevor as a realtor. Suffice to say that in my 50 year experience of approximately 15 home sales/purchases I have never had such a satisfying - nay, excellent - experience. From the first interview and review of our home, the advice and help to prepare the home for sales, to the less than a week on the (really difficult) market, to our first, and eminently satisfactory offer, and the white glove service throughout, everything went so smoothly that I am still pinching myself. I honestly did not expect to achieve the speed, price, or smooth negotiation that Linda steered us through.
