And, we’ve worked with a lot of realtors in the course of buying and selling seventeen houses in six states, and we have very high standards and have worked with some excellent realtors. Linda is a savvy appraiser of real estate value and a skilled negotiator of the terms of sale; she also has the taste, creativity, talent and resources to build a sales campaign to make your house the one that buyers want. In addition to being so professionally accomplished, Linda is a pleasure to work with. She is always available to take your calls, and her team provides all the information a buyer needs going through a purchase. Linda has a unique “what to expect next” package for buyers which tells them all they need to know and everything they need to do, and when they need to do it, as they approach closing. We believe it’s a “best practice” that all realtors should follow, yet in 17 house purchases we’ve never seen another realtor with anything similar.
