At the beginning of the process I was worried due to the market circumstances that it was going to take some time to find exactly what I was looking for. I explained to Linda my situation and that the sooner I could leave where I was at the better. The first week out we made an offer along with 64 other hopefuls and the reality of current market hit me in the face. The second week a last minute listing turned out to be exactly what I was looking for and with Linda's advise and years of experience we made an offer that was accepted. After the inspection and appraisal she helped me use the information in the reports to negotiate a new roof and some additional minor fixes. She worked with the mortgage company to make sure that I got all the best deal with what I had to bring to the table at closing and was able to reduce the cash I had to bring to the table down significantly that I was able to use that extra money to make some special touches and not feel the tightening of the belt too tight. Linda made me feel like I'd known her for years and she helped me find my forever home and it has everything I was looking for and more.

The title says it all. I mean, you could probably find out, but you'd be sorting through probably dozens until you find someone that matches or exceeds Ms. Tabasky's skill set. Ms. Tabasky was the fourth agent I worked with and the only one who: 1) Kept in contact regularly: both during initial inquiry into purchasing a home and during the entire process. 2) Managed tasks effectively and sent courtesy reminders to get things done. 3) Was respectful of time and only sent recommendations that fit my search criteria. So, as stated, you won't find a better agent for your home purchase. She is an asset to her brokerage and it was a pleasure to work with her.
