Linda has a ton of local knowledge, having been a resident of Marin County for three decades -- she can tell you about local history, which hills get fogged in during what seasons, and more. She's impeccably on top of communications. We never had a problem getting in touch with her, ever. As far as negotiation, she helped us construct an offer at the right price and conditions for us. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone, and already have.
