We recently decided to sell our house and needed a real estate agent. I contacted Linda Powers of Mutter Real Estate and she was immediately available to meet with us and explain the process. When she arrived, she had already prepared a market analysis to show us what our house was worth. I was extremely surprised with the amount she claimed we could ask. The next day, she had a professional photographer come over and take pictures of our house. And then we put it on the market. By the end of the first day, we had multiple offers on our house for more than what we had even asked. We had a contract by end of day and the process was extremely smooth. She dealt with all the different things that popped up and relieved me of the burden. Linda was extremely responsive through out the whole process, answered all my crazy calls and and became a life long friend. You will not regret signing Linda to be your real estate agent!!

Linda helped make everything easier with her knowledge of how the system works. She gave great advice and was always easy to talk to. She even kept helping us get things setup in our new community after we closed on her own time. I highly recommend her

She really took the time to listen to our needs, and being new FL residents, educated us on Florida living/homes. She was honest and forthright- no games!
