I have been involved with the Country Club of Green Valley as its real estate agent and with the Women's Golf Association. In addition to being on the board of the WGA I was the Clubs representative for the Arizona Southern District for several years. Personal Background I owned an international consulting firm with my husband for 31 years. We did consulting to major banks and vendors in several countries. This required good communication skills and understanding of the latest technology plus interaction with a multitude of people in all areas of the client's corporation. Experience and Expertise Over the years we bought/sold approximately 30 houses for ourselves. That has given me an excellent understanding of what it feels like to be the client whether it is a purchase or a sale. Because of that I work hard to make my clients experience as enjoyable and easy for them as possible. This is my second time having a home in Green Valley. The first was a vacation home and that was when I decided to retire here. I have been in Green Valley this time since 2012 and have the knowledge of the area and the commitment to stay. Communities I Serve - Green Valley, Sahuarita and Tubac I love selling real estate and meeting new people. Finding the right house or buyer is like doing a puzzle - you just have to get all the pieces put together in the proper place. I am very enthusiastic, determined and focused on the things I like to do and real estate is right up at the top.

Linda is an excellent agent

Linda is an excellent agent. I have bought and sold several houses in recent years, and of all the agents I have worked with, she is the best. She was unflappable in her professional demeanor, even after I backed out of two deals late into the process. She was extraordinary in accommodating my mobility limitations on two occasions for which I am grateful. Further, she returned all calls promptly. And, even though she has an impressive international banking background, she was always respectful and down-to-earth. Linda is quite simply an outstanding real estate agent.

Linda was great to work with

Linda was great to work with. Trying to sel a home from 1600 miles away is bad enough, but she was there for us every step of the way. She knows the market which was extremely helpful when we didn’t I would recommend her whole heartedly!

Linda sold our house in Green Valley, Spring 2022. Linda was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and kind. She went above and beyond helping to arrange contractors for needed repairs, cleaning, etc. She was in constant touch with me regarding next steps and strategies. She was a pleasure to deal with and made sure the whole process went smoothly. We are happy with the price the house sold for.

Connected through the I-Net. Great personality...

Connected through the I-Net. Great personality. We were living out of state when we contacted Linda. Incredibly responsive to our list of wants and not wants. Easy to contact, always a returned call. Video walk-thru when we wanted to view a property. Being a realtor in another life I get it. Thanks again Linda for making this transition for Frank and I as pleasant as it was.
