Linda is an excellent realtor. She was so helpful to me during the entire process and made things go very smoothly even during these Covid-19 times. Not only did she walk me through the sales process but was there to help every step of the way, including helping me to clean out items I wasn't going to need in my next home. She was always very responsive and kept me in the loop along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

Linda is an amazing agent and a wonderful person. I was selling a house that belonged to my uncle and that was in probate following his death. I live about an hour away, so getting out to the house to manage things is time-consuming for me. Linda helped in every possible way, arranging for all the things that we needed to take care of to get the house on the market and sold. She managed all kinds of small repairs, and she helped to clear the house out, even overseeing selling and donating the items that we didn't want to keep (which was most of them). She was always available and kept me up to date on everything. She offered excellent advice on how to proceed at every stage and on how to price the property, and she found great people to provide various touch-ups and staging. As a result, we accepted an offer less than a week after listing the house and closed in less than a month. Linda is incredibly reliable and trustworthy, and I felt safe knowing I had someone like her taking care of the house and helping me sell it. She went so far above and beyond what most agents do, and she more than earned her commission with the amount of work she put in. I am not exaggerating when I say that I could not have managed this without an agent like Linda. If I could give her a thousand-star rating, I would!
