A true concierge service.
We chose Linda because of her knowledge of Lewes as well as our community. She is very professional and knowledgeable -her guidance on selling our house, the strategy for pricing and showing worked perfectly. We even had a couple of offers before the open house. Because we were moving abroad it was very stressful time and we had to frequently travel in preparation for the final move. However, during this time Linda communicated well and kept us up to date on the process. She has a broad network of contacts and helped organize and oversee final touch ups, cleaning and staging. A true concierge service! We could not have chosen better. She was fantastic.
