We had a really great experience with that process, which was rather drawn out due to a difficult buyer's market and some limitations on our end. But after having such a great experience with Linda to purchase our home in DE, I decided to ask Linda if she would be interested in listing my Harford County home despite the distance from her home office and usual territory. She promised that the home would sell quickly, and that if it didn't sell after 3 or 4 months, she would be happy to step down and allow me to work with an agent closer to my property. The additional time was not needed! With Linda's marketing, we got an offer within about 2 weeks of listing the property, and Linda guided me through the process of negotiating price, settlement terms and inspection-related repairs like the professional that she is. Even when we had an issue right after settlement, Linda made me aware of my options and helped me decide on the best course of action to avoid any possible escalation or additional expenses. It's no wonder Linda was Maryland State Realtor of the Year when we first met her.

Linda helped me sell my condo very quickly, and to buyers who needed no "seller's assistance" in order to maximize my profit on the sale. (Both very rare for a third floor unit with no elevator.) She was always completely professional and patient with me, and great at helping to negotiate price, settlement terms and inspection-related repairs requested by my buyers. Integrity should be her middle name. I've worked with four other realtors in the past for different homes, and had good experiences with most of them. But Linda is the one I will go back to in the future, and refer to others.
