Linda spent a lot time on selling my house. Although it took longer than I had anticipated through no fault of the agent (2 contract fall through), I was very pleased with Linda's knowledge, professionalism and handholding throughout this process. She was also able to refer me to repair contractors to make necessary repairs; and actually handled the entire process of getting the repairs done in accordance with the home inspection. I would most definitely recommend Linda if I were asked for a referral. I also gained a new friend in the process!
