GET TO KNOW CHRIS AND LINDA MCGUIRT "COASTAL PAIR IT TEAM" With both of us being raised around the Charlotte NC area, we have been visiting the Myrtle Beach area for as long as we can remember. Some of our favorite memories were made spending weeks at a time along the Grand Strand. We never imagined we would be fortunate enough to call the coast home. In 2014, that dream began to take shape when we purchased our first home here as a second home and vacation getaway. For the next five years, we traveled back and forth between North Carolina and the coast. Arriving was always exciting-leaving was always the hard part! Then, in 2019, we decided it was time to stop saying goodbye and make the Myrtle Beach area our permanent home. As the saying goes, life is too short, and making the move to the coast has truly been one of the best decisions of our lives. Linda was already a licensed real estate professional in North Carolina, so obtaining her South Carolina real estate license was a natural next step. With more than 30 years of management experience, Chris brought strong problem-solving skills, a love for working with people, and a commitment to helping others-making real estate a perfect fit for him as well. Before long, we joined forces and created the Coastal PAIR IT Team. Today, we have the privilege of helping others turn their own real estate dreams into reality-whether that means finding a vacation getaway, purchasing a permanent home at the beach, investing in property, or selling a home and beginning a new chapter. Because we made the journey from vacationers, to second-home owners, to permanent residents ourselves, we understand just how exciting-and sometimes overwhelming-that journey can be. We're here to make the process easier, answer your questions, and be by your side from beginning to end. Thinking about buying or selling along the Grand Strand? We'd love the opportunity to help. Give us a call, send us a text, or drop us an email.
