My wife and I are a young couple and were new home buyers looking for a home in the Pinellas County market. We were referred to Linda Mann and couldn't be happier with the referral. Linda clearly has a lot of experience in real estate and knows the market incredibly well. She knows individual neighborhoods and how they would fit for what my wife and I were looking for. She did extensive background work on the houses we looked at which helped uncover a lot of interesting issues that helped us with our decision process. Overall she goes above and beyond what is expected for a real estate agent and knowing we are new to the process, was our guardian throughout the complex process. She was incredibly accommodating to me and my wife's hectic schedules for phone calls and to view houses. One of the great things about Linda is she was willing to point out some concerns in the houses we were looking at to ensure we were making fully informed decisions and not just settling. Other agents would have been happy to make the sell quickly and move on. Anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the Tampa Bay area should contact Linda to represent them. We would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to our friends! She is excellent!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Linda! As first time homebuyers, my husband and I had heard quite a few horror stories. No one we knew had a good realtor that they could recommend to us, so we took to the internet to do some research, hoping that we could find someone on our own. That is when we came across Linda's profile on Zillow. The reviews were glowing, and in particular the great reviews from first time homebuyers caught my eye. From our first meeting with Linda, she was extremely patient and took the time to explain the entire process to us. She answered all of our questions, was extremely responsive, offered advice and different perspectives/options, and always made us feel well represented throughout the process. She was an amazing resource as a first time homebuyer. We had TONS of questions, and she was able to work through every single one with us. She is a really great person and an amazing realtor! We will absolutely be recommending Linda to all of our friends and family!

After meeting Linda it seems as if she becomes more like a family member than "just an agent". Linda handled a recent sale for us with an out of state buyer and out of state bank. It was a lot of extra work but she never faltered. She picks up on your concerns and eliminates them from the equation. We are so confident in her ability that we have referred her to our children and has helped them both with a sale of their home and a new purchase. Linda is excellent
