My wife and I were fortunate enough to meet Linda about 8 years ago when we moved back to Delaware from Omaha, Nebraska. If we didn't understand something, she took the time to explain it. She went above and beyond for us, from making sure to provide masks and booties for anyone coming to view the house, to making sure it looked the same when we came home as it did when we left. Ms. Linda Mahoney is the most amazing realtor. She knows her market, she is knowledgeable about the real estate, she takes her time, she is always available and she truly cares about her clients. Linda got us way over our asking price and she advocated for us. Linda walked us through each stage of selling and buying our homes and we were so happy with her that we used her to buy and sell two houses and we even looked to her to help us find a rental property for our business. Regarding the rental property, she found one in less than 3 days and she knew exactly what our business needed, that's pretty amazing. We felt that Linda is "family" and when we closed for the last time we felt as if we were losing a family member but that's ok because we gained a friend. We highly recommend Linda. Linda knew the market and priced the house higher than we expected. It sold on the same day for more than asking price!!! She was a pleasure to work with, kept us informed of all activity, and was always available to answer our questions. It was a pleasure working with her.
