Linda helped the reviewer sell this property

My husband and I have worked with Linda on 2 occasions in the last several years

My husband and I have worked with Linda on 2 occasions in the last several years. The first time was when we helped my daughter and son-in law purchase their first home. We were able to see the house being built from day 1 and they were able to make choices of colors, flooring, light fixtures and more. Linda was very helpful, patient, and kept them within the allotted budget. This past year Linda assisted us with selling my late mother’s house. This was a real challenge. It was a great house with a good location, but my mother had never updated the house so it required a lot to work. I cannot begin to express how much Linda assisted in getting the house ready to sell. We could call her any time and she was always available. We arranged to have the bathrooms ,kitchen, painting and new carpet done. When the house was inspected, there were several other unseen problems that were revealed. This was the point where Linda excelled. She was on top of things with making arrangements for repairs and assisting us in every possible way. I would definitely recommend Linda LImehouse as your realtor.
