Linda is fantastic - professional, prompt, honest, and straightforward. She was quick to schedule viewings and address any questions/concerns we had. She is very knowledgeable and made us feel completely comfortable with each step of our buying process. She also connected us with a great lender who was equally easy to work with. We feel very fortunate to have worked with her.

Linda helped us purchase our first house and we were delighted that we were able to have her as our agent again. She is extremely helpful and patient. When our daughter is ready to purchase her home we will without a doubt recommend Linda.

Linda Limehouse is an experienced, dedicated, honest realtor. Having lived in the same home for over 30 years, we felt a bit threatened at the prospect of selling our prior home and finding the perfect house in this current housing market. Linda helped us through every step of the way. She answered all our questions, walked us through the entire process with great patience, professionalism and sincere concern for a great outcome. We found our forever home and would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I was an out-of-state buyer, living in Arizona at the time. I had contacted Ms. Limehouse on an unrelated property and was looking to secure a Buyers Agent only, not dual representation. I found that she was very professional from the start of our discussions, and subsequently I found her to be knowledgeable and efficient in her dealings. Her knowledge of the communities was an immense help to me and when we got to negotiations with the seller/seller agent her insight was very much appreciated and proved to be to my benefit beyond what I could ever hope for. I highly recommend Meybohm Real Estate and Ms. Limehouse in particular to help navigate the real-estate market.

We have done two properties with Linda and have been very satisfied. She's a hard worker who makes herself available and returns all calls very fast.

My husband and I have worked with Linda on 2 occasions in the last several years. The first time was when we helped my daughter and son-in law purchase their first home. We were able to see the house being built from day 1 and they were able to make choices of colors, flooring, light fixtures and more. Linda was very helpful, patient, and kept them within the allotted budget. This past year Linda assisted us with selling my late mother’s house. This was a real challenge. It was a great house with a good location, but my mother had never updated the house so it required a lot to work. I cannot begin to express how much Linda assisted in getting the house ready to sell. We could call her any time and she was always available. We arranged to have the bathrooms ,kitchen, painting and new carpet done. When the house was inspected, there were several other unseen problems that were revealed. This was the point where Linda excelled. She was on top of things with making arrangements for repairs and assisting us in every possible way. I would definitely recommend Linda LImehouse as your realtor.
