My husband and I have worked with Linda on 2 occasions in the last several years. The first time was when we helped my daughter and son-in law purchase their first home. We were able to see the house being built from day 1 and they were able to make choices of colors, flooring, light fixtures and more. Linda was very helpful, patient, and kept them within the allotted budget. This past year Linda assisted us with selling my late mother’s house. This was a real challenge. It was a great house with a good location, but my mother had never updated the house so it required a lot to work. I cannot begin to express how much Linda assisted in getting the house ready to sell. We could call her any time and she was always available. We arranged to have the bathrooms ,kitchen, painting and new carpet done. When the house was inspected, there were several other unseen problems that were revealed. This was the point where Linda excelled. She was on top of things with making arrangements for repairs and assisting us in every possible way. She is Honest, hardworking , dedicated and will treat you like family. I only wished she was licensed in NJ to sell my home there. Linda will NOT steer you wrong. Linda is very honest , compassionate yet strong , very dedicated and hard working. I would NEVER use anyone else. Linda goes way above and beyond! She is also VERY knowledgeable which is very important when it comes to real estate. Linda made buying my house in SC so easy. I wish she was licensed in NJ because that realtor was horrible .
