Linda is extremely thorough and a great communicator. I was an out of town purchaser and really relied on Linda for just about everything. She is extremely easy to work with and very pleasant. I would not of been able to get my property without her hard work.

What can I say, except that Linda is the total package! My experience with Linda started when my elderly parents were looking to downsize to a smaller home. They’ve always had larger homes with lots of amenities and upgrades and while they wanted something smaller they did not want to give up any of the luxuries they have grown used to behind. While my parents are extremely pleasant, I’m sure they were not the easiest clients to satisfy, as their specifications were extremely detailed and many were deal breakers, but this did not deter or discourage Linda in any way. Linda showed up day after day with new listings, in the areas my parents were interested in. She found many homes that were very close to the properties my parents were requesting, if not exactly what they wanted. In this very competitive market some of the ones that we thought would work were sold faster than we could secure them. But Linda never waivered, she continued to reassure my parents that she would find them exactly what they were looking for and that she would not stop looking until she did. (All while also selling the home my parents were currently living in). She rigorously searched for new properties and finally one day she found one that she thought my parents would love after almost an entire year of looking…and it was exactly what they requested. Linda worked with me, the bank, my parents, and anyone else who was a part of making this dream become a reality. She went above and beyond concerning every aspect of this journey – from contractors, lenders, loan signings, deadlines, sharing best practices that would help the transaction to move smoothly. Linda is nothing less than professional, she is extremely detail oriented, friendly and easy to work with, punctual and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate, the areas she works in and the services that she provides. She was a blessing to my family, we have and will continue to recommend Linda to friends and family.

Linda helped us find our home during a tumultuous time. She was very patient with us as we explored multiple options including helping us look into building.
