I've worked with Linda for several years. She helped me sourcing tenants for my property. When the building where my condo was located caught fire the day after Christmas 2016 she called me from the site to let me know that the building was on fire. When I finally decided to sell my property she was there for me and my wife. She managed every detail and kept in contact with my final tenant. She did all of this while I lived over 1,000 miles away! I don't know what I would have done without Linda

Linda knows how to price, stage and sell. Beyond that she is tireless. She sold my condo at Harbour Landing, and because I was away in Florida she had to take care of everything. And that required a lot with all the upgrades we decided on, dealing with all the contractors, and all the hoops that had to be gone through just to get access for estimates—let alone get anything done at Harbour Landing. And to save me a few bucks at the closing she went and put a new CO detectors in the day before. What more could you ask for in an agent?
