More Than a Realtor... Lake Wallenpaupack Is Home There are many Realtors who sell homes around Lake Wallenpaupack. I don't just sell here—I live here, I've built my life here, and for more than 45 years I've been fortunate to call this incredible area home. I moved to the Lake Wallenpaupack region in 1980, and from the moment I arrived, I knew this was where I wanted to be. I raised my three sons here, all of whom graduated from Wallenpaupack Area High School. Around here, life revolves around the lake. Friday night football games are played overlooking the water, and it's not unusual to drive by and see students kayaking on Lake Wallenpaupack during gym class. That's the kind of community this is. Over the years, we've owned lake homes, invested in local real estate, and created countless memories boating, swimming, fishing, camping, and enjoying everything the Pocono Mountains have to offer. Today, our five grandchildren are making those same memories on the lake, and I truly can't imagine living anywhere else. Living here has given me an understanding of Lake Wallenpaupack that goes far beyond real estate. Every lake community has its own character, amenities, and rules. Whether it's lake rights, dock permits, short-term rental regulations, boating access, or choosing the community that best fits your lifestyle, I help my clients navigate those details with confidence.
