Linda got the job done even though seller was difficult. very professional.

We had been trying to buy old family cottage for 12 years. We had pretty much gave it up due to the owner being undecided and unpredictable. I was looking on line for property and there it was listed with Linda at a much higher price than i expected. I made the call to Linda and we were able to negotiate a better price even though the owner was very difficult. Bottom line Linda got job done in a professional manner. Very easy to work with.
