A wonderful surprise in Wisconsin!

Initially, we attended an open house for the Mallard Lane property we eventually purchased that was covered by 2 agents who were not able to respond to many of our questions. There was a deadline for bids on the property, which we were unable to meet & thought we needed to look elsewhere. However, when I placed a regretful email concerning the property, it was quickly responded to by Linda Freudenthal. Little did I realize that this would lead not just to our eventual purchase of the cabin & surrounding acres but would serve as the beginning of a warm relationship with Linda. Throughout the transaction, Linda demonstrated not just exceptional ability to assess & react to our real estate interests but a keen sense of how best to interact with the party selling the property. To be clear, coming from another state, we had never been in a situation where the real estate agent represented both the seller & a potential buyer, causing some concern on our part. At each step of the process Linda reacted helpfully to our needs, particularly as we had a great many questions/concerns about the property. Beyond that, she did so quickly & in a very personal manner. The result was that well before the closing for the property in Neshkoro, WI., we already came to regard Linda as a friend. Even after the eventual purchase, Linda stepped up to assist us with suggestions for the transition to ownership, recommending resources that made the entire process much easier for us, this at a time when she could easily have considered her part of the transaction complete. Linda represents a rare person in her field, someone who not only skillfully interacts with clients but does so in a fashion that puts the client at ease & as mentioned, transforms a business relationship into a friendship. We feel blessed to have encountered Linda Freudenthal, recommend her highly & hope to remain in touch with her down the road.
