Linda goes above and beyond to ensure the best home sale and home purchase for her clients. I have rarely known a professional as dedicated as Linda. Throughout the entire process, Linda cared for us extremely well. She will go to bat for you— negotiation is a strong suit of hers. She was able to get us $50,000 dollars above asking and negotiated the buyer down to minimal repairs. We trusted Linda completely. This is our second time using her as our realtor and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
