Linda is the best. Works hard to get the property positioned to sell at the right price

Linda Felicetti came highly recommended to us by a friend, as well as a relative. We were convinced as soon as we met with her that she was the agent we wanted to work with to sell our house. She kept us well-informed every step of the way and was extremely prompt in responding to our questions. We couldn't have done it without her guidance. My husband and I both felt she had our best interests at hand.

Linda was a pleasure to work with. She kept us constantly informed and was always open to any questions we had. We felt extremely comfortable with her as our agent.

Linda is AMAZING! She made managing the sale of our income property a breeze as we are 2.5 hrs away. She coordinated repairs, agent visits, everything...she is AMAZING!

Top to bottom, Linda is AMAZING!

Linda is the best, wouldn't have anybody else.

Fourteen years ago, Linda sold my house for full price on the first day. For this house, it was less than three weeks. Sge is a great agent!

Linda did an excellent job assisting us in finding our forever home. She was always there no matter what. I highly recommend Linda to family and friends.

Linda is outstanding and true professional. If I have any real estate needs in the future, she will be the person I call. She is a great asset to the Paterson Schwartz team!

As always Linda is a professional and very good at what she does. I would refer her to anyone and have.

I felt very taken care of as I looked for and bought my first ever home. I was initially nervous and intimidated by process that was new and unfamiliar to me, but Linda Felicetti took me under her wing and made me feel like I was doing this with a good friend who was looking out for me at every step. Her experience, insight, support and advice was invaluable. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns, and was always available. I am very thankful to her and have only wonderful things to say.

Linda was absolutely wonderful. She was by my side every step of the way and made me feel that I had a good friend by my side. Her experience, patience and advice were invaluable and she helped make what could have been a horrible, stressful experience into a great, relatively easy one. I feel very lucky to have worked her.
