Linda was very helpful and supportive with getting my mother's house ready to be listed. Good advice on what needed to be done and had contacts with who could do the work. Always reachable. Used technology to its best advantage. Massive ad campaign tho I think it was noticed by someone in the neighborhood. Lots of showings scheduled for the few days it was on the market. Got the price it was listed for in a matter of days. Can't ask for any better.
