Linda Ehrich

When I mentioned to a friend that my husband and I were looking for our first home in the East Bay Area we were referred to Linda right away! Although I do not believe Linda specializes in first time home buyers, you would never know it. She met with us initially to talk through the entire process and what to expect before we dove into the process. She shared a sample contract, explained what frustrations we might run into, and also gave us some useful information when looking at a listing, all before we even described what we were interested in. <br/><br/>The price we were willing to pay put us a little further away geographically than we originally discussed, but Linda was a champ and would drive out to meet us anytime there was a house we were serious about. It was a tedious process and Linda was always positive, straight to the point and patient with all of the questions I had. She helped us write four offers, the last of which was finally accepted.<br/><br/>I would absolutely recommend Linda as a Real Estate Agent. She helped translate the sometimes intimidating contracts and made sure that we did not put ourselves in a vulnerable position. We are still so thankful for her help!
