Linda is a consummate professional in every sense of the word. Her attention to detail from marketing collateral, to staging, to helping ensure our property was always ready to show (even sweeping our walkway on occasion) prior to viewings was impressive. Anytime we needed a contact for repair work, gardening, painting, etc..., she had someone who was almost immediately available and at a fair price. We always felt like Linda had our best interests at heart, she has great sales instincts and helped us negotiate a price very close to our original asking.
