I don’t have enough characters to write all the good things about Linda. She assisted me with purchasing my first home and then selling that home later even when I relocated out of state. She is always quick to communicate, keeps on top of buyers/sellers agents and she keeps it real with your expectations. We hit a snag in the sale of our home and Linda worked around the clock to get it figured out for us resulting in a successful sale. She looked at every single house I sent her when I was looking and gave me the good, bad and the ugly of each one. She made sure that everything closed within a timely manner, all my questions were answered and all my fears set aside. She knew the market extremely well, met all my needs with the homes she showed me and made sure my offers were reasonable and respectable (saving me some egg on my face). When I moved out of state before the sale of our home, Linda made sure everything was taken care of before the open house and throughout the entire sale. In my time working with Linda she has become like family to me and I would recommend her 1000x over to anyone looking for a CT home or apartment. Thanks for everything Linda! You’re a rockstar!!!
