I enjoyed working with Linda Barrett and am pleased to recommend her. She was professional, responsive and knowledgeable about both Hamden and the greater New Haven, CT market. She gave me good advice on how to price the house, how to update the interior with fresh paint, and suggested ways to maximize the curb appeal. We had a good offer with a signed Purchase and Sales agreement with the buyer almost immediately after listing the house.

We were on a very strict timeline, and she delivered! She was flexible in accommodating our schedule, and very knowledgeable in what would suit best. So we didn't waste time on properties or neighborhoods that we're right for us.

Working with Linda was such a wonderful experience on the buying side, two years later, I knew we had to use her when it was time to sell our property. Linda's clear communication and organization make it a breeze to work with her. She knows her stuff and goes above and beyond to make sure the transaction happens as smoothly as possible. Linda worked with us to sell a higher value house in northern Hamden where the market has been slow forever. She hung in with us through several first offers that didn't pan out and patiently guided us through the process. All's well that ends well and she stuck in there and made it all happen.

I don’t have enough characters to write all the good things about Linda. She assisted me with purchasing my first home and then selling that home later even when I relocated out of state. She is always quick to communicate, keeps on top of buyers/sellers agents and she keeps it real with your expectations. We hit a snag in the sale of our home and Linda worked around the clock to get it figured out for us resulting in a successful sale. She looked at every single house I sent her when I was looking and gave me the good, bad and the ugly of each one. She made sure that everything closed within a timely manner, all my questions were answered and all my fears set aside. She knew the market extremely well, met all my needs with the homes she showed me and made sure my offers were reasonable and respectable (saving me some egg on my face). When I moved out of state before the sale of our home, Linda made sure everything was taken care of before the open house and throughout the entire sale.
