She is a honest person with careing heart. She helps me to ask the seller to sell a home in a nice locality shortly with reasonable market price. We went to the place three times. She even helps me to find friends to move my stuffs. The handyman she recommanded is a nice, detail worker. She pays good attention to a small deal like my purchase. Unlike some agents, they would not go out to see the homes with low price.

Lily is amazing! I tried a few different realtors before going with her. To make it simple, she hustles to make you happy. When you have any questions just giver her a call/ a text/ or shoot her an email and she will get back to you within hours. She basically makes sure that you are comfortable and makes sure you are aware of everything that is happening or is going to happen. Give her a chance and she will bust her back to make sure you are happy!

We live out of state and were very nervous about selling our home from a distance, but Lily made the entire process as smooth as possible. At the time of the sale we had a family renting our home and Lily worked very well with them in showing the home also in preparing the property for sale from the beginning to the end, which includes making sure the pool was cared for, making sure every piece of furniture was removed (the renters left a lot of junk), and made sure the property was ready for the new buyer. Lily contacted and coordinated with multiple contractors for the best quotes for the repairs needed to satisfy the buyer's lender with a FHA loan. Her husband is also an excellent photographer and took gorgeous photos which immediately attracted many buyers. We found a buyer within a couple weeks and got our full asking price. Lily is awesome and I highly recommend her!
