Understanding that buying and selling real estate can be one of the most stressful times in a person’s life, Lilo Carroll strives to make each transaction stress-free and successful. Having worked in real estate in the Central Texas area since 1979, she has valuable expertise that can help streamline the buying and selling process. Committed to the profession, Lilo has pursued continued education and obtained her broker’s license in 1984; Graduate REALTOR’s Institute (GRI), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations in 1984; Referral and Relocation Certified (RRC) designation in 1991; the coveted Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 1992; and the e-Pro designation endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS® in 2004. Instrumental in forming military relocation fairs in Ft. Leavenworth, KS, Lilo has presented relocation assistance seminars at various military installations nationwide. She has been an invited panel member/speaker for USAA at bi-regional conferences on military relocation. Her yearly attendance at real estate and relocation oriented conventions and educational sessions nationwide assures up-to-date knowledge of the real estate field. Lilo Carroll was born and raised in Bad Kreuznach, Germany. She is married to John, a retired military aviator. John and Lilo have lived in the greater Fort Hood area since 1971, and chose to retire here and raise their 3 sons: Johnnie, retired from the Air Force and now employed by Southern Air as head load master; Andy, business man and entrepreneur presently living in Las Vegas; and Brian, recently graduated with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and presently employed by NASA in Los Angeles. John and Lilo have 6 wonderful grandchildren and one great-grandson.
