Lillie deftly helped us navigate the nearly impossible situation that was buying our dream home. She helped guide us through insane divorcing sellers, extremely unethical and incompetent listing agents backed by a shady company. Having to install a new well on the property that was a major undertaking of its own, dealing with various contractors and state agencies before we could close and finally end the craziness that took nearly three months of our lives. On top of all that she was a part of a team that helped sell our previous home within a week for cash and was always available to show us places we were interested in at little notice until we found the home of our dreams and the nightmare that descended upon us till closing. Her support made the process bearable and we will forever recommend her to our friends and loved ones! Lillie Johnson is a fantastic person to work with when buying and selling your home. She walked us through the process of buying our first house and was with us every step of the way. She was receptive to every phone call, text, and even messenger question and/or concern we had. She knew exactly what we were looking for and did everything she could to make sure the houses she showed us fit a many of our criteria as possible. Lillie even stayed up with me one night when I was scared we wouldn't find a house to scour the internet listing with me. She was so reassuring during the whole process. Working with Lillie we were able to find our prefect house but even after we found it, she continued to help us through each step of the process to make sure we were comfortable with what was going on. She was very prompt at answering my texts and e-mails and was very thorough in every detail.
