Lil is with you for the long haul

I met Lil in the fall of 2008. She was the listing agent for a house I was interested in buying. I met her at one of the hardest times in my life - I was in the process of getting divorced. At that time, I needed a friend more than a realtor. Lil and I had a ton of fun looking at houses. I didn’t buy a house at that time, but Lil became my friend. She is one of my closest friends to this day. Since 2012, I have bought and sold three different properties with her. She is always honest and upfront with me when I’m considering a real estate decision. She has both strong intuition and is good with analyzing data, which makes her an exceptional real estate agent. Even though we have developed a close friendship, she always keeps business as business and friendship as friendship. I really appreciate that about her.
