We actually started working with Lillian in 2022 when we first decided that we wanted to relocate from Delaware to Maryland. We conveyed to her that our home, at that time, was not on the market but we were interested in looking at some homes for sale in the state. Lillian was immediately proactive and asked us a few questions about ourselves and what our interests were in a home. She invited us over to look at some homes that were on the market but we were not in a position to pursue further any possibilities. As an astute business woman, Lillian kindly recommended that we start the process on the Delaware end to get our home “sold.” That did not happen right away but her interest in encouraging us to take next steps never wavered. There was a lull in us putting our home on the market but we kept in contact with Mrs. Hardaway and she was consistently expedient in engaging our questions. Once we sold our home and moved to Maryland, we really picked up the pace, with Lillian’s expertise, in looking for a home in a tough real estate market. We finally found the home we were interested in and Lillian shepherded the process from an offer to settlement and we could not have been more elated with the results.
