I chose Lilli to help us buy our home based on the reviews of others online, and she turned out to be as great as described and even better. She is very knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough. She set up a personalized property search, arranged for us to see different houses on a short notice, then took us back to see the "preferred contenders" for the second time and provided us with comparable data on the neighborhoods so we could make the best educated decision. She guided us through the negotiation process but never rushed or pressured us. She sincerely wanted to make sure we found the house that was right for us, at the right price. After unsuccessfully attempting to get numerous local agents to respond to my requests for help, I was fortunate enough to find Lilli on yelp. She narrowed down the criteria for the type of property I was interested in buying and sent me a link to about 50 homes that met the criteria. The link allowed me to very quickly narrow down the properties I wanted to see. My son and I then visited Florida and Lilli drove us around for 3 days until we found the home we wanted. She helped us negotiate the price, set up the inspection, and collaborated long distance with our accountants to finalize the sale. She is extremely friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and competent. I would recommend her highly to anyone who is considering purchasing a home in South Florida.

Lilli was, in a word, amazing. She was the second realtor we worked with on the purchase of our Plantation townhouse. We did not want to buy a foreclosure or short sale, but when we found our now home, we were only told after we made an offer that the seller had to short sell it. Lilli was great. Lilli was amazing. I am in the insurance industry and know at least 30 realtors I could have used. My wife is very picky and we felt most comfortable with Lilli. She was excellent. Her communication was great. She was so fast on follow up, contracts, and calls that other agents seemed to be days behind. We looked at over 50 houses and put offers on 5. Contracted 3. We had hidden issues that were in excess of 15K with the first two so we walked but with our final choice the realtor informed Lilli that there had been over 10 offers and many were full price. Lilli was able to get us the house by working with the other realtor on the perfect time frame of a move to offer and we got the home for 5K under asking even though they had full price offers. I will be recommending Lilli to all friends and family. She is a great Realtor in every sense of the job.

She's very thorough and does not miss a beat. She follows through the process every step from start to finish, always following through and making sure everything keeps moving. Where do I start? I'll start by saying that I'm glad we found Lilli (through Yelp)... because of her we now have our dream house. If you are like me, you're probably not from South Florida and are searching the review sites to see if there are any reviews on real estate agents since you don't know anyone here.<br/><br/>Buying a home is difficult enough but buying a home while living outside the country is an entirely different story.<br/><br/>I basically chose Lilli from online because of her good reviews and just hoped for the best. Seven months and many homes later, we have finally closed on buying our Weston home and Lilli has been there with us the whole way. I can honestly say that she is the best real estate agent I have ever had. There were times when I couldn't go see a property I was interested in and she took the time to go and video record it and load it onto youtube for me. <br/><br/>If I could hire Lilli to work for me, I would in a heartbeat. She is that competent. Basically, if you like people returning your emails within a few minutes or answering your phone calls every time then you won't regret hiring Lilli. In addition, she has a really strong network and knows a lot of good people.<br/><br/>Over the years, I have learned to manage my expectations when reading rave reviews.
