Of All the realtors in the area, I am a million times grateful, I went with Liliana. The knowledge this woman exudes left me crosseyed and amazed about how much I didn't know about buying a house. Liliana is the Swiss army knife in your pocket you will need when buying a house. Liliana was so patient with me and explained everything to me detail for detail. When hiccups happened with the seller side, she intervene immediately, negotiated and worked around the clock to make sure the transaction would remain smooth. The professionalism, Liliana maintained throughout this whole experience was super admirable. Her suggestions were valid advice, her worker bee recommendations were all top quality, great work, and not pricey at all. Ms. Berrios was very professional and with great knowledge. Always gave us excellent tips to improve house conditions for a faster and more profitable sale. Assisted us beyond expectations in getting us professionals when needed for repairs and even getting appliances for the house. What we appreciated the most was her honesty and always willing to assist regardless of the situation and/or time of the day. Was always available. If she couldn't assist, will refer or find someone to assist us. Excellent Realtor.

Liliana got us way more than we were expecting. Suggested listing higher than we’d planned after running comps and we still sold over asking. We have done both a purchase and sale with Liliana and have had great experiences both time. Purchase was under asking and sale was above asking. You can’t ask for much more than that!
