About Lilian

Lilian was born and raised in Brazil and is a fluent speaker of English, Spanish, and Portuguese. While studying English in Dallas, Texas, she felt in her heart that this was the country that she would call home. After careers as a successful business owner (language school, restaurant) and a job working in import/export, she found her passion in real estate after successful personal investments in houses and property. Starting out as an investor, Lilian’s fascination with real estate drove her to obtain a real estate license, first in Texas and later in Colorado when she transferred with her family to the Denver area. The joy she gets in helping others is apparent through her dedication in assisting her clients realize their dreams, whether it’s finding a new home for a growing family, downsizing after the kids have moved out, or maximizing the value of their property when they decide to sell and move on. Lilian prides herself in working closely with sellers, assisting with staging and providing guidance to get the maximum value of their property. With buyers, Lilian works alongside them to connect on multiple levels and help them meet the needs of their family and find the right house, location, schools, neighborhood, and lifestyle to match their needs. For Lilian, being a real estate broker is not just a job - “I believe my work in assisting people with something so personal like their homes is an honor and a privilege, and am grateful I can help people realize their dreams for themselves and their family. It’s a special feeling to be able to participate in crafting a part of someone’s future.” When Lilian’s not working with clients or negotiating a deal, Lilian likes to travel and spend time with her family. She’s the mother of two sons and grandmother of three precious girls.

Very professional

Honest, Thoughtful, & Caring

To begin, I am(was) a first time home buyer in a very aggressive market. I went through a few agents who ultimately didn't care about my interests. I had a specific goal in mind for this house. Lilian went above and beyond what I actually realized that I needed from an agent. She is very knowledgeable, straight-forward, honest, thoughtful, caring... the list goes on. I hope to be able to afford another home in the future to go through this process with her again. "Thank you" does not do it justice.
