Letesha Cochran

This was my first time selling. Letesha was my realtor when I bought the house. I was so impressed with her and how she handled business that I didn’t hesitate for a second to ask for help when it came time to sell. Letesha made this very easy for me. She made sure to be at the house when someone needed to be there and I couldn’t make it, which ended up being every time. When we ran into “trouble” or setbacks, she doubled down on them and and made sure they were taken care of. We had some pushback when it came time to collect some of the clearance letters for the house. We called so many companies trying to find our fix. One company gave us some crazy, out of this world quote for crawlspace work. *Notice I say “we” and “us”….Letesha was there doing all I was doing AND MORE the whole way!* Letesha and her husband (who does a lot of different contract work) even went under my house and in the crawlspace to get a better understand of what we were up against. And it’s a good thing they did, because they saved me $17,000+ and were able to get me the clearances we needed! Letesha is a true force! She will fight for your goals because they will become her own goals. I have seen her work on both sides now- buying and selling. I’ll never trust anyone else in the realty business as long as Letesha is still working.

She was very easy to work with and helped with all of the buying process from the lenders to the credit checks to finding suitable homes. Very knowledgeable and always available no matter the time. She made my buying experience great. In addition, she has an excellent personality, I recommended her to all of my family and friends.

I went into buying a house completely backwards. I was first time home buyer and had no idea what to do or where to start. I started looking at houses online and I found one that I requested more info on and scheduled a showing. I got a call, gave some of my info and was told a realtor would be contacting me shortly. Latesha was the realtor that reached out to me. From that point on, I never once thought I would be better off working with someone else. Latesha was beyond wonderful. She basically held my hand through the whole process. She explained everything to me in a way I understand. I felt through the whole process like I was her main focus along with everything I wanted and needed. We hit the ground running. We looked for months in a pretty big area including two different states (which Latesha actually got her realtor license in one of those states as we were looking just to better help ME!) I work a later shift but that was never a problem for her. Latesha had us scheduled on the road as early as we were allowed and she was sending me info and new possibilities late into the night while I was still up. I swear I don’t think she ever slept, now that I think about it. The most important thing she did for me was make me feel like my time and efforts were just as important to her as her own. She fought for me and my needs the whole way through and never let me down. After walking through over thirty houses we finally found my home. I have and will continue to refer her to any and everyone because I really believe there isn’t anyone better.
