Leslie is THE BEST real estate agent we could have asked for - she sold our Maui home (in an exceptionally slow market) within just a few days. She helped us price our house attractive to buyers and appropriate to market conditions, gave guidance in our response to a counter offer, and worked in partnership with the buyer's agent so that both parties were winners in the transaction. She also went the extra distance in helping prepare our home for inspection (turned back on the water, ice-maker, etc.) as we were off island for most of this process. Leslie was instrumental in the sale of our Maui condo. She is very experienced in the local market dynamics, was exceptional at helping us set the price, market effectively, and engage/negotiate with potential buyers. She worked extremely hard, was always available, and and very responsive. Her execution on everything from pictures and MLS writeup to showings, offer and counter offer presentations and making sure everything necessary to get to close was just exceptional.

Leslie had been very successful in selling a number of units in our condo complex so we asked to her to help us with our sale. She was able to sell our place in two days for above asking price. It was the most a two bedroom in our complex had ever sold for. Her knowledge of the area, the market, and her networking skills were exceptional. In addition, she helped us find another unit within 30 days in a very tight market. She was incredibly responsive to our questions and needs and went above and beyond our expectations. I would give her 6 stars if I could.
