As a resident of Pennsylvania, I was faced with the daunting task of selling my friend's house in Algiers Point as part of her estate. Both Leslie and Heather were highly recommended, but I chose to interview several realtors before making my decision. I was impressed with them both at our initial meeting, and after choosing them, that feeling increased. They were upfront and honest with me from the beginning about the current market and the changing market as time passed. I had so much to do to get the house ready for selling and struggled to figure out what to do/who to hire, etc. Leslie is a wealth of information, as is Heather. Both were extremely helpful and really helped ease my mind when I felt like I had no clue what I was doing. Since listing with them, I've seen a number of other homes they are selling. Their marketing style - the photos, the write-ups- makes me want to move just to buy from them! The personal and professional care they exhibit is fantastic.

Her knowledge base is extensive, both in terms of neighborhoods as well as in terms of current market forces and trends. She took time to answer questions. Her response time is very quick when leaving messages. I would certainly recommend her if the goal is move to New Orleans.
Heather and Leslie were amazing when it came to selling my home. My house had been on the market for over a year with another company before I reached out to them. By the time I met them, I was overwhelmed and exhausted and nearly ready to give up on the process (even though that wasn't an option). They helped break everything down into manageable steps and made me feel better about the whole process. To say Leslie slices through problems like she wields a machete, which as many of you may know, she actually in fact does. She is a native to this community of New Orleans and knows the neighborhoods, the ins, the outs, the potholes, the history, and she certainly helps build the future of this wondrous chaos. Her partner Heather is her lovely pea in a pod parter, and together their team and their actual families are on top of finding any and every way to help their clients get through the ups and downs of buying and selling your home. We worked with Leslie Heindel to find and ultimately purchase a house on the North Shore. Leslie continually went above and beyond and even assisted with advice and guidance on selling our previous home and also with the seller from which we purchased our new home as it was for sale by owner. Looking for a home can be stressful. Leslie and Heather made it easy and fun. They were able to get information on the houses and neighborhoods we were looking that, which we never would have found on our own. They provided helpful feedback, and we never felt pressured to make a decision but supported when we were ready to do so.
