Leslie was recommended from a friend, which turned out to be very appreciated. Initial meeting and review of scope of services: Clear and concise communicator with strong year over year results. Also very well organized and knowledgeable about the subdivision/market conditions. Preparation for listing: Thorough process and recommendations provided to prepare the home for pictures. Leslie also didn't try to over or under promise regarding list price, timing to sell and potential buyer traffic (open house). Open House: Online system used to accept/reject visitors and also accommodated our request for visitors to remove shoes and also not eat any peanuts (son has peanut allergy). Negotiation of offers: Leslie was working in my best interest and was quick with updates. I expect the realtor to come with offers and then add recommendations as the hired expert. Leslie's style was a good match for me. Closing: A rather unique buyer/realtor provided some interesting opportunities for the closing to go considerably less than usual. This was a very unpleasant experience for me but Leslie worked hard to navigate the issues and secure a reasonable resolution.
