Leslie also didn't try to over or under promise regarding list price, timing to sell and potential buyer traffic (open house). Open House: Online system used to accept/reject visitors and also accommodated our request for visitors to remove shoes and also not eat any peanuts (son has peanut allergy). Negotiation of offers: Leslie was working in my best interest and was quick with updates. I expect the realtor to come with offers and then add recommendations as the hired expert. Leslie's style was a good match for me. Closing: A rather unique buyer/realtor provided some interesting opportunities for the closing to go considerably less than usual.
