Leslie definitely knows what she's doing and made the selling process effortless for us. She was able to get us the price we wanted, kept us well informed, was available to answer our questions quickly. She even went to the house to check on our cat and turn on lights/open blinds before a showing when we weren't available to be there. She had our home staged and that turned out so well, her photographer also did an excellent job for presenting our home on line. She has a delightful personality and was a pleasure to have working for us! She should definitely be the gal for you,you won't be disappointed!

I would highly recommend Leslie Doran to anyone in need of a real estate professional. If anyone has given Leslie a lower score, it is because they did not take her advise. Leslie doesn't sugar coat anything but by listening to her, we sold our house within a week. That was not an easy task as it was the week of July 4th and everyone was away! When I first met with Leslie, she told me exactly what it was going to take to sell the house: Getting all the clutter out, painting a couple of rooms with neutral colors, and her calling in her stager. I did not challenge Leslie and cleaned out my cluttered closets, had the walls painted in beige (should have done that a few years ago)! Feedback from buyers was extremely positive as to how the house showed and I owe that to Leslie. I am most positive the house would have sold in under a week if it had a bigger yard! When I received an offer, Leslie was right there to provide advice on the negotiations. She had already helped me with setting the list price and she knows the market so well, the final sale price was exactly what I had hoped for. This was my 8th move and 8th time selling a house, and Leslie is the best I have worked with! She came recommended by a coworker and I cannot thank him enough for the recommendation. I am now on the east coast and may not have a chance to work with Leslie again but if you have the opportunity, I would highly suggest calling her!

We contacted Leslie to list our home of 24 years so we could downsize. It is a great home but our love for wood was not shared by many of today's buyers who seemed to only be looking for white kitchens and woodwork. After consultation with Leslie we decided to "stage" the home but leave the wood without painting it. The late winter weather took a toll on potential buyers willingness to venture out and begin home shopping but Leslie kept our spirits high. We honestly had second thoughts about painting the woodwork and redoing the kitchen but the right buyer was out there for our home and we just needed to find them.
