Leslie was always on time. Explained the whole process in our first meeting. Provided explanations for all the required paperwork. Literally responded immediately whenever we called or had questions. During a very difficult time towards the final week before settlement, we had a bad flood in the home, Leslie stayed positive and was very understanding and consoling. She helped us find Matt the Carpet guy and we were able to repair everything within the week and seal the deal. I would absolutely recommend Leslie Donaldson to anyone wishing to sell their home.
